Dear Members,
Some of our respected members have established their units under the Industrial Development Scheme-2017 (IDS 217) of the Central Government and some members have expanded their units.
Entrepreneurs had also applied for registration of the established and expanded units under the above scheme, but due to some reasons, registration could not be done. As a result, they are not getting the benefits announced in the Industrial Development Scheme-2017.
The Chamber was trying for a long time at the state and central level for the registration of industries and for this it also had to go to the Hon’ble Court.
In relation to the above, as per the instructions of Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Industrial Promotion and Internal Trade (Special Package Section), Government of India, New Delhi, a letter has been received from Directorate of Industries, Uttarakhand, Dehradun in which information of the concerned units has been sought.
Therefore, all the members are requested to provide the information to the Chamber as soon as possible as per the attached format-
