ATTENTION TO ALL GROUND WATER USERS (INDUSTRIAL/
INFRASTRUCTURE/ MINING PROJECTS) WHO HAVE DEPOSITED GROUND
WATER ABSTRACTION/RESTORATION CHARGES FOR THE ENTIRE NOC
PERIOD
Kind attention is invited to Point (4) of the Public Notice dated 17.06.2021
permitting the project proponents to make yearly advance payment of the
Ground Water Abstraction/Restoration Charges.
It is hereby clarified that the Ground Water Abstraction/Restoration Charges
already deposited by the project proponents for the entire NOC period shall NOT
be refunded. All advance payments/extra amount for the remaining period of
NOC received from the project proponents shall be adjusted at the time of the
renewal, as the case may be, based on the actual ground water withdrawal.
